Will it tell customers I'm on my way?
No. It never promises a time or a price. It thanks them, asks your questions and offers your booking link. You decide what happens next.
What about after-hours emergencies?
You choose the wording. Many plumbers add a line with their after-hours number, so a real emergency can still reach you by phone.
Do I need new software?
No. It works with the form, email and calendar you already use. If you don't have a booking link, it can give your phone number instead.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month, by replying to any email. No contract.
