LeadLoop for pest control
Answer every pest enquiry in a minute, even mid-treatment.
Someone who's just found droppings in the pantry or a wasp nest by the back door wants it sorted today. They message a few companies and book whoever answers first. LeadLoop replies for you straight away, asks what you'd ask on the phone, and sends your booking link, while you finish the treatment you're on.
What the reply asks
The questions you'd ask on the phone anyway
We set these up with you. These are the ones most pest control businesses start with.
- What have they seen?Ants, cockroaches, rodents, termites, spiders, wasps or bees, or not sure.
- Where and for how long?Kitchen, roof space, garden or outside walls, and since when.
- Home or business? So commercial jobs and regular contracts stand out straight away.
- Children or pets at home?Useful when you plan the treatment. Only if you want to ask it.
An example reply
Calm, useful, and sounds like you.
It never recommends a product or a treatment and never quotes a price. That stays with you.
Hi Tom, thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear about the mice, that's no fun in a kitchen.
So I can send the right technician, could you tell me:
1. Where have you seen them or their droppings, and since when?
2. Is it a house or a business, and roughly how big?
3. Do you have children or pets at home?
Or pick a time for an inspection here: book a visit. Talk soon, Priya

How it works
What happens when someone gets in touch
They send an enquiry
Through your website form, your email inbox or a Google Business message, at 7am or 11pm.
They hear back within a minute
A short note in your name with the questions above and your booking link. You approve the wording before it goes live.
You get the alert
Name, number, the pest and whether it's a home or a business, so you can call the urgent ones first. Quiet ones get one polite nudge the next day.
Why speed matters
A study published in Harvard Business Review in 2011 found that companies who responded to an online enquiry within an hour were about 7 times more likely to have a meaningful conversation with the customer than those who waited even one hour longer.

FAQ
Questions pest control ask
Will it give treatment advice?
No. It never recommends a product, a chemical or a DIY fix, and never quotes a price. It thanks them, asks your questions and offers your booking link.
What about a bee or wasp emergency?
You choose the wording. Many businesses add a line with their phone number for stings or a nest by a doorway, so an urgent job can still reach you.
Do I need new software?
No. It works with the form, email and calendar you already use. If you don't have a booking link, it can give your phone number instead.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month, by replying to any email. No contract.
