LeadLoop for painters
Answer every painting enquiry in a minute, even up a ladder.
Someone who wants their house painted before a sale or the kids' rooms redone sends the same request to a few painters. The ones who reply first get to quote. LeadLoop replies for you straight away, asks what you'd ask at a quote visit, and sends your booking link, while you keep a wet edge.
What the reply asks
The questions you'd ask before a quote visit anyway
We set these up with you. These are the ones most painters start with.
- Inside, outside or both? And which rooms or which parts of the house.
- Home or business? So commercial and strata jobs stand out straight away.
- What's the surface like now?Peeling, water damage or a straight recoat, plus photos if they have them.
- When would they like it done? Before a sale, before the holidays, or no rush.
An example reply
Clear, friendly, and sounds like you.
It never quotes a price or recommends a product. That stays with you.
Hi Lisa, thanks for getting in touch. Happy to come and take a look.
So I can bring the right information to the quote, could you tell me:
1. Is it a single or double storey, and what's the outside made of?
2. Is there any peeling or damaged paint?
3. Is there a date you'd like it finished by?
Or pick a time for a quote visit here: book a visit. Thanks, Dan

How it works
What happens when someone gets in touch
They send an enquiry
Through your website form, your email inbox or a Google Business message, at 7am or 11pm.
They hear back within a minute
A short note in your name with the questions above and your booking link. You approve the wording before it goes live.
You get the alert
Name, number, suburb, inside or outside and how soon, so the big jobs and tight deadlines stand out. Quiet ones get one polite nudge the next day.
Why speed matters
A study published in Harvard Business Review in 2011 found that companies who responded to an online enquiry within an hour were about 7 times more likely to have a meaningful conversation with the customer than those who waited even one hour longer.
