Common questions
Will it reply to my WhatsApp or Instagram messages?
Not directly. LeadLoop works on your website form and business email. For WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business already has a free greeting and away message, and I can help you set those up as part of the Standard plan.
Will it give out prices or book appointments by itself?
Only what you tell it to. Most clients keep prices out of the reply and add their phone number or booking link instead.
Do I need to buy any software?
No. It runs on the form and email you already use. If something extra is needed, I'll tell you before starting.
Can we talk in Bengali or Hindi?
Yes. Write or call in whichever language is easier for you.
